Day 5/108 || Sadhana || Draw Happiness Experience

Life is all about that fine balance. Neither too rushed, nor too slow, neither too sweet, nor too spicy. Kolam Podu, as you know, is to get you in that state of balance, where there is absolute calm. In calmness you will find clarity. And in clarity you will find the perfect responses. In perfect responses, life will unfold in all its beauty. 

Sadhana, the kolam for the day, is a slightly complex one. But the joy of accomplishing something outside your comfort zone, is happiness. And, accomplishment is what Sadhana is all about. 

Go ahead, draw Sadhana, get to a calm state of mind, where the energies are in fine, perfect balance. Experience the strength of your responses in this state of mind.
